Vacation Bible School (July 2011)
A special thanks goes to our Children's Ministry Coordinator, Cindy DeNormandie, who was "Head Chef". She pulled together a pinch of this and a pinch of that with her recipes for Godly adventure! Cindy assembled the best chefs to run our cafe and they all deserve a bigger "thank you" than we can offer. In addition, many people from the congregation supported VBS by donating snacks, supplies, and time/effort. Our office staff took advance registrations and provided general support. Others were the "Sous Chefs" behind the scenes of our cafe providing prayer. To all of you who faithfully give financial support to the ministry of UMCNL and the Children's Ministry, you too have also participated in touching the lives of these children this week. So THANK YOU, to our CHURCH FAMILY! It really does "take a village."
